GENERAL POLICIES

Guidelines are provided by White Rabbit Studios to achieve optimal results from your cosmetic tattoo procedure, but there are NO GUARANTEES made due to different skin types reacting differently and because we have no control over outside factors that contribute to the final product. Please refer to our FAQs to ensure you feel this service is right for you.

A deposit is required in order book and confirm your appointment with White Rabbit Studios. Please note: all deposits are non-refundable. The deposit is to ensure you are serious about booking your appointment and will be deducted from the overall cost of your tattoo. Cancellations will automatically result in a forfeit of your deposit.

A minimum of 48 hour notice is required to reschedule your appointment without penalty. Less than 48 hours notice will result in the forfeit of your deposit and a new deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment. If you are feeling sick within the 48 hour period we ask that you please reschedule.

Failure to show up to your appointment without notice will result in a charge of the full cost of the service to the card on file.

Please contact us if you are going to be late for your appointment. Being more than 15 minutes late may result in a forfeit of your deposit and the cancellation of your appointment. A new deposit will be required for rebooking a new appointment. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

If you have had your eyebrows previously microbladed or tattooed by another artist, a clear photo must be sent to hello@white-rabbit.studio and approved before booking an appointment. We must ensure we have a workable canvas and in some cases the previous work may be too dark to achieve optimal results. Failure to provide a photo prior to booking may result in a forfeit of your deposit. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Healed results vary depending on each client and in some cases a pencil or powder may be required to achieve desired results.

A minimum of two appointments are typically required to achieve the most consistent outcome. Additional appointments may be necessary to achieve a desired results and will be charged accordingly.

Prices are subject to change at any time and may increase or vary in the case of traveling and/or special circumstances.

“Touch Up” appointments are for existing clients only and must be booked no sooner than 6-8 weeks following your initial appointment. You must allow your skin to heal before any additional work can be done and we withhold the right to not work on clients who have yet to properly heal. Premature booking may result in the cancellation of your appointment and forfeit of your deposit.

“Touch Up” appointments must be completed within 6 months from the original appointment date before it is considered a “Annual Revisit” and additional charges will apply.

“Annual Revisit” appointments are for existing clients only and are recommended annually.

“Annual Revisit” appointments must be completed at least once within every 18 months from the last appointment before it’s considered a BRAND NEW session.

All transactions are final and no refunds will be issued.

White Rabbit Studios LLC (White Rabbit Studios) is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect and process personal data about you to provide the services you use, operate our business, meet our contractual and legal obligations, protect the security of our systems and you, our valued clients.

Accountability

White Rabbit Studios is responsible for your Personal Information, defined below, under its control. We shall designate an individual or individuals (the “Privacy Officer”) who are accountable for our compliance with this Privacy Policy. Personal Information

  • Personal information (“Personal Information”) is information about you as an individual, and includes information that identifies you and that can be used to contact you. This includes such information as your name, birth date, e-mail address, mailing address, telephone number, banking information, credit card number, your account information for our website studiosashiko.com (our “Website”) and the like. We also collect data about the services, the frequency of your visits, whether you have signed up for a loyalty program and other information that you have communicated with us, so that we may constantly strive to offer you the best range of options.
  • If you use a credit or debit card for to purchase items or services online at our Website or at our tattoo studio located at 1182 Bandera Rd Suite 105, Helotes, TX (our “Studio”) we collect your debit or credit card-related information and your signature to process your payment. When you place an order on our Website, we also collect your Personal Information to process your order. We use this information to process and deliver your order, respond to any requests you may have about your order and contact you, if necessary.
  • We may also combine your Personal Information with that of other individuals to create aggregate data which we will use to improve our products and services and develop new ones. Aggregate data is general information about groups of clients but not about you as an individual. We may also disclose aggregate client data to be used in our internal research and to tailor our promotional offers.  Your data will never be individually identified or identifiable in reports of the research findings; only aggregated data (group averages) will be presented.

Our Website

  • As is typical in many websites, we use automatic data collection technologies to track usage patterns on our Website. Each time you visit our Website, our server records your Internet service provider, IP address, the date and time of your visit, the pages you visit and the documents downloaded, the searches you performed, and the referring URL’s you came from. We use this information to optimize our website service.   • For your convenience, we may offer links from our website to other websites. However, White Rabbit Studios is not responsible for, nor do we accept any liability for, the personal information collection, use and disclosure practices of other entities to which our website may link.   • As you navigate through and interact with our Website, we use automatic data collection technologies, such as cookies and web beacons, to collect information about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns. Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer when you visit our Website. Cookies may automatically collect information such as an identifier assigned to your device, your Internet Protocol address (IP address), time spent on our Website, web pages or websites visited, browsing habits, and preferences. We may use both session cookies and persistent cookies on our Website. A “session” cookie lasts for a single browser session only and is deleted when the user closes the web browser. We will not use or disclose your Personal Information for any purpose other than those for which it was collected, except with your consent or as required or authorized or required by law. White Rabbit Studios collects and uses your information  for the following purposes:

  • to communicate with you
  • to determine your eligibility for receiving our products and services
  • to provide you with a copy of your receipt for certain merchandise you have purchased on our Website or at our Studio
  • to conduct contests, prize draws, competitions and other special promotions
  • to screen our orders for potential risk or fraud
  • to protect against harm to the rights, property and safety of White Rabbit Studios, our employees, our clients and others

We will retain your Personal information only as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes.

Third Party Service Providers

We may transfer (or otherwise make available) your Personal Information to affiliates or service providers that provide services on our behalf, such as processing payments, storing customer data, hosting our Website, analyzing our business, running our contests and promotions, and communicating with you. Your Personal Information will not be added to their mailing lists without your consent nor will they contact you in any manner except to provide services on our behalf.

Your knowledge and consent are required for the collection, use, or disclosure of your Personal Information. When you access our website or use any of our services either on our Website or at our Studio, you consent to the use of your Personal Information for the purposes listed above. You may refuse or withdraw your consent at any time; however we may not then be able to provide you with our full range of services. We will advise you when you refuse or withdraw your consent of the impact that will have on what we are able to provide. Accuracy

White Rabbit Studios will take reasonable efforts to ensure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and current as required for the purposes for which it was collected. If necessary, we will correct or amend your Personal Information if its accuracy is challenged and found to be deficient.

Protection and Safeguards

  • We have implemented reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect against the loss, alteration and unauthorized access, use, modification and disclosure of the personal information under our custody and control. We have personal information retention processes designed to retain personal information of our customers for no longer than necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy or to otherwise meet legal requirements.
  • Your files will be kept in a secure area with policies to ensure that information on member files is protected from unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification and disposal. Only duly authorized individuals, who need to have access to such information in order to perform their duties, will have access to such information.

Openness and Transparency

You have the right to request access to your Personal Information that is under our control. Upon request, in writing to the Privacy Officer, we will inform you of the existence, use and disclosure of your Personal Information and you will be given access to that information, to the extent permissible by law. If any of your information is inaccurate or incomplete you may request that we amend the information.

This privacy policy is effective as of the Effective Date below.  White Rabbit Studios reserves the right to change this privacy policy at any time.  We will take reasonable steps to advise you of any changes to this privacy policy, including by posting the revised policy on our Website.  We recommend that you review this privacy policy from time to time to obtain the current version.
